1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on Asenela, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Asenela Ltd. Our premium analytics services provide real-time market intelligence. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into financial agreements.
Users acknowledge that financial trading involves substantial risk. Asenela provides data and analytics only; we do not execute trades or manage portfolios. All investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.

- • One account per individual or entity
Access Rights
- • License grants personal, non-transferable use

- • No resale or redistribution of data feeds

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Asenela Proprietary Systems
Our predictive analytics algorithms, including the "Grafton" visualization engine and real-time sentiment analysis tools, are protected under international copyright and patent laws. Users receive a limited, revocable license to access these tools for personal or business use during their subscription period.
User-Generated Content
Any strategies, annotations, or watchlists you create remain your property, but you grant Asenela a non-exclusive license to store and process this data. We may use anonymized aggregate data to improve our predictive models. You may export your data at any time via the account dashboard.
Restrictions
- Reverse engineering of any Asenela software is strictly prohibited
- Scraping or automated data extraction beyond rate limits will result in immediate account termination
- Sharing premium credentials with third parties violates DMCA provisions
- Use of our trademarks requires written permission
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Asenela offers tiered subscription models. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront with a significant discount. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Current pricing can be found on our Premium Access page. We currently offer a promotional launch period. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you may cancel anytime with 24-hour notice.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asenela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination & Suspension
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease immediately. We retain your data for the legally required periods as outlined in Section 6.
Asenela reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspicious payment activity, or behavior that threatens the integrity of our platform or other users. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Grounds for Immediate Termination
- Sharing of login credentials
- Automated access exceeding API rate limits
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
- Harassment of other users or staff
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Any attempt to compromise system security
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of Asenela shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Waterford, Ireland, in accordance with the rules of the Irish Arbitration Center.
Arbitration Process
- • Claims must be filed within one year of occurrence
- • Each party bears their own legal costs
- • Arbitration decisions are final and binding
- • Small claims exceptions apply for amounts under €5,000

9. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Asenela. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties, except as outlined in Section 1 regarding notice of modifications.
